Booking policy
Payment terms
- When you book, we will charge your credit card for the initial price of a treatment.
- When you receive treatment at the place of your booking, any additional product used (more than the allocated amount for the initial charge) will be accounted for, and with your agreement will also be charged to your credit card.
- If the same or less of the allocated product is used, no additional charges will apply.
- The doctors review of your medical file, and RX (where necessary) are included at no extra charge.
Canceling your booking
- You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the appointment time at no charge
- If you cancel within 48 hours, we will charge you a $100 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling your booking
- You may reschedule your booking (at no charge) up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours of the booking time will result in a $50 fee.
