Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Lux Massage & Spa

At Lux Massage & Spa, our therapists reserve their time exclusively for you. To maintain fairness to both our clients and staff, we have the following cancellation and no-show policies in place.

1. Appointment Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice:

  • A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the card on file.
    (Example: 50% of the scheduled service price)

If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance:

  • No fee will be charged.

2. No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is when a client misses their appointment without contacting us.

No-show appointments will be charged:

  • 100% of the scheduled service price, billed to the card on file.

Multiple no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in.

If you arrive late:

  • Your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
  • The full service fee will still apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late-cancellation fee may apply.

4. Credit Cards on File

A valid credit or debit card is required to schedule an appointment.
This card may be used for:

  • Late-cancellation fees
  • No-show fees
  • Prepayment for certain services

Your card information is securely stored through our scheduling system.

5. Illness or Emergencies

We understand that emergencies and illnesses happen.

If you are sick or experience an urgent situation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Fees may be waived at our discretion.

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule

You may cancel or reschedule by:

  • Logging into your online booking account
  • Using your confirmation email/text link
  • Calling or texting the spa directly at: 707-696-7068

Messages left outside business hours will be timestamped according to when they are received.

7. Agreement to This Policy

By booking an appointment with Lux Massage & Spa, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
